THE Premier Sketch Comedy Troupe
 of Central Florida

 Kristin Schaare

                                                   Company Member

Actor. Singer. Dancer. Shoe enthusiast. Kristin Schaare graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a BDIC  degree in Theater Business/Management. Her favorite roles include Noises Off (Vicki/Brooke), Dancing at Lughnasa (Maggie), and Pretentious Drama Revue! (Ophelia). Kristin performed for years at Universal Orlando, but has ventured into the world of television production at Golf Channel. She does not speak with a Boston accent. However, after directing a production of "Best Little Whorehouse in Texas", the word "y'all" has entered her vocabulary permanently. Past improv groups include FTB and Under New Management.  She knows all the choreography for Beyonce's "Single Ladies". This is Kristin Schaare’s fourth year with the Humor Mill Orlando. By day, she sends polite yet aggressive emails about golf courses. By night she is working on her upcoming album, “Schaare Kazoos Simon and Garfunkel’s Greatest Hits – feat. Rick Coates”. She would like to thank coffee. She will never give up Rick Astley or let him down. Kristin lives and loves in Orlando.

Company Member

Talented, funny, sensual...these are all words that have never been used to describe Ms. Suseck (Directors Note: We blatantly disagree.  Except the sensual part.  Girl's hard as nails...)  Aileen has the unique distinction of being both the second oldest and second youngest member of the Humor Mill Orlando.  Her hobbies include declining propositions from drunk businessmen, convincing friends that her Father isn't actually a priest, and managing scantily clad barmaids. One day she hopes to expand beyond the confines of Orlando and manage scantily clad lumberjacks.

Thank you to Leila and Sam...I can't quit you.

Katharine Boelter

Company Member
Katharine is thrilled to be a member of the Humor Mill Orlando. She earned her bachelor degrees in music and theater from Northern Arizona University. National Tour: Miracle on 34th Street (Lou). Regional: Artrageous(Touring), A Chorus Line (Bebe), Avenue Q (Bad Idea Bear/Ms. Thistletwat), South Pacific (Gulf Coast Symphony), Two Gentleman of Verona, the Musical (Julia), and Music of Denali (Princess/Holland America). When she is not performing, she can be found running through the woods, reading, and drinking red wine by the bottle. Love to her family; thank you for the push, BTS!

Paul Antonio Smith

Picture Coming Soon
Paul is delighted to be a part of The Humor Mill Orlando. He is from Orlando and is finally back home after living in the entertainment capital of the world, Newnan, Georgia. He is no stranger to the theater and has been acting since he was in the third grade at the prestigious Boggy Creek Elementary School Conservatory Theatre in Kissimmee, Florida. He started doing stand-up in Atlanta, Georgia and got his start in Improv Comedy with the NITWITS at Newnan Theater Company. His most important job, however, is being a loving, handsome and incredibly funny husband to his Ginger Queen.

 Rick Coates

                                                    Company Member

Rick is quite grateful to come all the way from the corn fields of Iowa to the big time. Having completed a master's in clinical psychology, Rick escaped an adult psychiatric unit to pursue a career at Disney.  During a brief nine year hiatus from the stage, Rick has spent his energy becoming the third most interesting man in the world, trailing closely behind the Dos Equis fellow and Neil Patrick Harris.  Rick doesn't always perform comedy, but when he does it is with The Humor Mill Orlando.  Stay funny my friends.

 Bill Perhach

It's time to play the music.  It's time to light the lights. It's time to start the funny at the Humor Mill tonight. When Bill is not telling puns, he enjoys doing impressions and anything Muppets. Bill has not been on stage since college when he starred as Nissim in a performance of Christmas on Mars. Bill has done improv and some stand-up comedy but is most famous for being an All-American in Verbal Volleyball. Bill is excited to be a part of the Humor Mill cast so others can see what his wonderful wife, Anita has to endure every day.  It's not easy being green, or funny.

Dave Vance

Company Member

Previously, Dave worked in the Chicago area for Northrop Grumman.   There, he was able to do lots of community theatre and Improv. He has spent a year with Orlando Improv New kids (OINK) prior to joining The Humor Mill Orlando. He is a gifted dancer...seriously...just ask him to break it down for you sometime.  Boys got "skillz".
